The "Care-Answer Principle"

Three structured steps to bring clarity, organization, and relief to your care journey.

We assess your individual family situation holistically. In a personal conversation, we listen closely to fully understand your wishes and real support needs in detail.

02

Organize

We untangle the bureaucratic jungle. You will receive a clear explanation of your legal and financial entitlements and how we can systematically prepare them for you.

03

Implement

We do not leave you alone with applications or daily care routines. We support and advise you on-site until the next steps are initiated and your daily life is noticeably relieved.

Care affects more than just daily routines.
It impacts your entire life.

When a loved one requires care, it often changes more than just daily organization. Many family members experience shock, grief, uncertainty, or overwhelm.

We take these feelings seriously. Our consultations are not only about benefits, applications, and care aids, but also about helping you regain direction, confidence, and control.

Together we look at the remaining resources, identify possible next steps, and determine how caretakers can find relief without losing sight of themselves.

Our Supportive Assistance

As an advisory interface, we help you understand your rights within the care system and find direction in daily life.

Application & Paperwork Service

We help you clearly fill out applications for care insurance funds, prepare you for the visit of the Medical Service (MD), and support you with appeals.

Care Aids & Home Adaptation

We advise you on useful aids (e.g. care beds, hoists) and provide guidance on barrier-free living space improvements (e.g. bathroom renovation) including possible subsidies.

Network & Liaison Support

We assist you in coordinating with doctors, outpatient care services, therapeutic practices, and support services to ensure optimal collaboration.

Frequently Asked Questions about Care Advice

Here you will find clear answers to important questions regarding care advice, care training, and general support.

If you receive care allowance (Pflegegeld) and are cared for at home by relatives or other private caretakers, the advisory visit according to § 37.3 SGB XI is mandatory from care grade 2. For care grades 2 to 5, this advice must be requested semi-annually. For care grades 4 and 5, it can still take place quarterly upon request. The appointment is not a control visit, but is intended to strengthen home care and provide practical support.

The advisory visit according to § 37.3 SGB XI is a statutory consultation for care allowance recipients and follows fixed intervals. Care training according to § 45 SGB XI, on the other hand, is a voluntary support service where we demonstrate practical care techniques, mobilization, back-friendly working methods, or the use of aids directly in your home. This training can be requested as needed and is not tied to the semi-annual advisory interval. Both services can be billed directly to the care insurance fund if requirements are met.

Yes. The costs for our advisory visits (§ 37.3 SGB XI) and care training (§ 45 SGB XI) are billed directly to your care insurance fund. In most cases, if eligibility criteria are met, there are no private out-of-pocket costs.

Yes, we usually advise you in your familiar home environment. This allows us to assess the care situation on-site and provide targeted support. Additionally, depending on your needs, telephone or video consultations are also possible.

Yes. Families with children who are in need of care or chronically ill often face particularly complex professional and emotional challenges. As part of our consultation, we are happy to point out possible pathways, therapeutic contacts, and support options to help you find your bearings. However, the concrete prescription, scheduling, and execution of therapies remain the responsibility of the respective physicians and therapists.
